Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By booking a service appointment with HausdeCard, you agree to these terms. All services are provided in accordance with German automotive industry standards and DIN regulations.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Appointments must be scheduled through our online platform or by contacting us at contact@hausdecard.sbs. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and cash. Invoices are provided for all services.
4. Liability & Warranty
HausdeCard is not liable for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing vehicle conditions not disclosed
- Misuse or neglect following service
- Third-party modifications after service
All work comes with a 12-month parts warranty. Vehicle damage claims must be reported within 7 days of service.
5. Data Protection (GDPR)
Your personal data is processed only for service delivery, billing, and communication. We comply fully with GDPR regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
HausdeCard's total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Germany.
8. Changes to Terms
HausdeCard reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
